Account & Registration

bet98 is open to Filipino players aged 21 years and above. You'll need a valid Philippine mobile number for OTP verification and a government-issued ID for KYC. One account per person is allowed — duplicate accounts violate our Terms & Conditions.

Visit the Register page and fill in your full name, Philippine mobile number, email address, preferred username, and a strong password. After submitting, you'll receive an OTP on your mobile number to confirm your identity. Once verified, you can complete your profile and start exploring the platform.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requires a valid government-issued Philippine ID — such as a PhilSys ID, driver's licence, passport, or UMID — along with a clear photo or selfie for identity matching. KYC is required before full withdrawal access is enabled. The exact steps are shown inside your account during the verification flow.

Go to the Login page, enter your username or registered Philippine mobile number and your password. A one-time password (OTP) is then sent to your registered mobile number via SMS. Enter that code to complete the login. This two-step process keeps your account secure even if someone knows your password.

Contact our support team at [email protected] with your registered mobile number and email address. The team will verify your identity and guide you through resetting your account access. Do not create a new account — duplicate accounts will be suspended.

Yes, but changes to core account details require identity verification. Contact [email protected] to request an update. It's important to keep your registered mobile number active since it receives OTPs for every login and sensitive account action.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on bet98 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion required for Filipino players. Your balance, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are all shown and processed in PHP.

bet98 supports Philippine bank transfer, online and mobile banking, and local e-wallets. GCash and Maya are among the e-wallet options available. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for gaming deposits on bet98.

Withdrawals are processed to your verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet. Your account must have passed KYC verification before a withdrawal can be completed. Visit the Withdrawal page for full details on the process, requirements, and expected processing times.

Processing times vary depending on the payment channel and the time of day the request is submitted. Bank transfers typically take longer than e-wallet withdrawals. See the Withdrawal page for current processing information, or contact support at [email protected] if your withdrawal is delayed.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown within your account during the deposit flow. They may vary by payment channel. Limits are displayed in Philippine Peso. If you need to clarify your account's specific limits, contact [email protected].

Games & Game Lobby

The Game Lobby includes slots from multiple providers, live casino tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack with real dealers), online poker, eBingo, and fish games. New titles are added regularly. All games are accessible from a single bet98 account.

Fish games are arcade-style shooting games where players aim at fish and sea creatures to earn credits. Different fish carry different point values, and bonus targets appear periodically for higher rewards. They're popular among Filipino players for their quick, casual gameplay. Visit the Fish Games page to see what's available.

Yes. bet98 is fully accessible via mobile browser on iOS and Android. All games, the game lobby, sports betting, deposits, and withdrawals are available without a separate app. If a native app is available, you can find it on the Download page.

Games on bet98 use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes for slots, eBingo, and other non-live games. Live casino outcomes are determined in real time by physical dealing and roulette mechanics conducted by real dealers on camera. All games have a built-in house edge — no outcome is guaranteed, and no strategy eliminates the risk of losing.

Sports Betting

The Sports section covers basketball (PBA and NBA), volleyball, boxing, football (local and international leagues), esports, and more. Major international competitions including European football, combat sports, and Asian leagues are also available. Market availability may vary by event and season.

In-play (live) betting lets you place wagers on a match or event while it is still ongoing. Odds update in real time based on the current score and game situation. Not all events support live betting — availability is indicated in the Sports section for each fixture.

No. Sports betting outcomes are inherently uncertain regardless of how much analysis or information you have. No betting strategy guarantees consistent profit. bet98 treats sports betting as a form of entertainment — always bet within a PHP budget you can afford to lose. Visit Responsible Gaming for practical guidance.

Account Security

bet98 uses SSL encryption to protect all data in transit between your device and the platform. OTP login adds a second layer of verification on every login. Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Account details and PHP balance information are visible only to the verified account holder.

Contact [email protected] immediately with your registered name and mobile number. Request that your account be temporarily locked while the team investigates. Change your password as soon as you regain secure access. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including people claiming to be bet98 staff.

Do not click any links in unsolicited messages claiming to be from bet98. bet98 will never send you a message asking you to confirm your password or log in via a link. Always access your account by typing the URL directly into your browser. Report suspicious messages to [email protected].

Responsible Gaming

bet98 offers deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion, and account closure options for players who need them. These tools can be activated by contacting [email protected]. For a full overview, visit the Responsible Gaming page.

Email [email protected] with your account details and the duration you want to be excluded. Your account will be suspended for that period — you will not be able to log in, place bets, or access the game lobby. Any real money balance pending withdrawal will be processed normally.

The minimum age is 21 years old. bet98 enforces this through KYC identity verification. Accounts found to belong to someone under 21 will be permanently closed with all associated funds voided. If you know of a minor attempting to access the platform, please contact [email protected] immediately.
